FAA Advises of TFR for the Palm Beach, FL Area
The current TFR Alert for the Palm Beach, FL area is set for November 22nd – 24th, 2016.
The FAA has sent out a flight advisory regarding a TFR alert for the Palm Beach, FL area. The TFR is described as a “typical 3NM Security TFR” and the FAA is saying that exact times and locations may change, but that pilots planning any flights into the region should check the NOTAMs frequently, preferably before every flight. According to the agency, “previous TFRs in this region have resulted in numerous airspace violations.” In addition to the FAA, the DOD and other federal agencies will be checking the airspace for possible violations, and “several types of operations may be prohibited during this event.”
